JOB TITLE: Assistant Farm Manager – 1 position
Qualifications:
- A candidate must be an agricultural technician with the ability to operate farm machinery
- Must possess a valid driving license
- Flexibility, initiative, good communication and commercial awareness
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- At least 1 years of working experience
Duties:
- Assist the farm manager in day to day farm operations
- Operate/maintain and handle all farm machineries
- Plan for effective utilization of both human and capital resources available at the farm
- Perform any other duties as instructed by superiors
